Dr Robert Allen

PhD, MBA, MEng, MSc (Psych), Certificate in Performance Coaching, Member of the British Psychological Society, PRINCE2 and MSP certified

Rob Allen Photo Robert is an organisational psychologist and managing director of the business. He has over 15 years experience in education, training, development and research, primarily in the fields of innovation and change programmes and with wide experience of technology. He has worked with organisations from Stockholm to Sri Lanka and been responsible for managing areas including entrepreneurship, innovation, public and cultural engagement and research impact

Mike Cockburn

He has worked with senior managers and management teams in a wide range of sectors helping them to tackle performance improvement, culture change, organisational development, behavioural change and career development challenges.

David Hartland

Educational IT Trainer, Consultant and Project Manager.

Dave is an experienced consultant with over 20 years experience in IT, education and training and leads our digital team. Formerly CIO of Jisc Advance and Director of the Jisc Netskills service based at Newcastle University, he built a team of 16 professional staff proving a high quality training and consultancy service primarily to the HE and FE sectors. Netskills turnover in 2014/15 was £1.2 million.

He has successfully managed a wide range of projects, with budgets from £2000 to £200,000, in topics including e­-learning, online assessment, e­portfolios, multimedia content development, information services and website management. His project management experience is backed up with PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner training
